We offer an evidence-based approach to coaching using a multi-rater or 360-degree instrument to provide feedback on how participants perceive their management behaviours and style compared with how they are perceived by others. We are not just interested in what our participants know after our programs. For us, it is more important to find out what they do, to see how they can apply their learning on the job. That's why we employ evaluation tools such as:

Pre and Post Training Assessments

Online assessments before the program to assess the start point for development.



Online assessment post-training to assess the level of learning that has taken place.

Follow Up Coaching (face to face or telephone)

Coaching calls conducted two and four weeks after the program to monitor progress against action plans and maintain the motivation and focus for change.
